OPA launch student scarf competition with Heriot Watt University

Heriot Watt University has been approached by the OPA to run a student scarf competition with a prize of £250 for the winning design.

The students at Heriot Watt University, a leading UK University based in Edinburgh, Scotland, have been asked to design a scarf to enhance the wellbeing of the patients suffering from oesophageal cancer.

A requirement of the brief is its suitability for male and female wearers. ‘Periwinkle’ is a colour that features in the marketing material for the OPA and therefore scarf design to include this.

The winning design will be chosen at the end of October.

You can read the brief given to the students here.
